Because we 3D print most items on demand to ensure the highest quality, please allow 2-10 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Once your item is hot off the print bed and quality checked, it will be shipped via the method you selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the label is created.

We use high-quality PLA or PETG for our prints. While durable, these materials can warp if exposed to extreme heat (over 100°F/38°C) for extended periods, such as in a metal mailbox on a hot summer day or inside a hot car.

Tip: We recommend tracking your package closely so you can bring it indoors as soon as it arrives, especially during summer months. If you live in a very hot climate, please consider having the item shipped to a work address or an indoor parcel locker.

We use specialized packaging (including bubble wrap and sturdy boxes) to protect the unique structure of 3D prints. However, we know accidents happen during transit.

If your item arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the broken part and the box within 48 hours of delivery. We will happily reprint and ship a replacement to you at no extra cost.

You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as the printing process has not begun.

Because every item is made-to-order, if you request a cancellation after your specific item has started printing, we can only offer a partial refund (minus the cost of materials used). Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

For custom projects not listed in our standard store, we will send you a secure digital invoice via email.

This invoice will contain a link where you can pay securely using all standard payment methods (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). Work on your custom project will begin once this invoice is paid in full.

If we accept your order but discover that the file is “unprintable” due to physics or geometry risks—and we cannot fix it—we will issue a full and immediate refund to your original payment method.

We operate on a “success-based” model; if we cannot deliver a product that meets our quality standards, you will not be charged for the failed attempts or material waste.

Because custom orders (such as items with personalized text, specific color requests, or files you uploaded) are manufactured specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to “change of mind.”

However, if the item is materially defective or does not match the specifications you provided (e.g., we printed the wrong color), we will happily send a replacement free of charge.

This depends on the cause of the fit issue:

  • If we made a mistake: If the physical dimensions of the print generally do not match the dimensions of the digital file provided (allowing for a standard tolerance of +/- 0.5mm), we will reprint and replace it for you.

  • If the file size was incorrect: If the print matches the file dimensions but the design itself was sized incorrectly for your needs, we cannot offer a refund.

  • Layer Lines: Visible horizontal ridges are a normal result of the FDM printing process and are not considered a defect.

  • Z-Seam: A small vertical line where the printer nozzle starts and stops a layer is also a normal artifact.

What is a defect: If your print has “layer separation” (cracks where layers have split apart), severe warping (the bottom is curved instead of flat), or “spaghetti” (messy strings of plastic), that is a failure. Please send us a photo, and we will replace those immediately.
